Digital PB Contract

Retainer Fee: The client agrees to pay Vivid Moments a retainer fee of $100. This fee will secure your event date and is deducted from your remaining balance. 

Purpose. Vivid Moments Photobooth will provide the Client with a digital photo booth for a drop-off event. Digital photo booth will be picked up at 11pm, regardless of drop off time. 

All children must be accompanied by an adult. 

 Equipment. Vivid Moments Photobooth will deliver, set up, and retrieve the digital photo booth, including all necessary equipment such as iPad, lighting and backdrops. Vivid Moments Photobooth will ensure that the equipment is in good working order and will be responsible for any malfunctions during the event. If any malfunction occurs you must report immediately and allow up to 1 hour from time contacted to arrive at the event.

Props: The renter agrees to ensure all rented props are returned in their original condition. In the event any prop(s) are not returned or are returned damaged, the renter will be charged an additional fee of $10 per prop on signed props only.

Payment. The Client agrees to pay the total amount discussed 1 day before the event date. If the Client requests additional services not outlined in this contract, the Service Provider will provide a separate quote for those services.

Liability. Vivid Moments Photobooth shall not be liable for any damages to the equipment or the event venue, or for any injury to guests during the use of the photo booth. The Client shall be responsible for any damages occurred during your event to the photo booth shell, ipad, backdrop and lighting.

Termination. In the event that the client chooses to terminate this contract for any reason, the retainer paid will be non-refundable. The retainer is considered a deposit to secure the rental, and upon termination by the renter, no part of this deposit will be returned.

Entire Agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties.

Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
